I original copied the clone of the github repository and recieved the error.
Next I tried using just the build directory contents from the github repository and had the same error.
Solution. Deleted the module. https://github.com/VORPCORE/VORP-Inventory/releases
Downloaded this file “https://github.com/VORPCORE/VORP-Inventory/releases/download/JohnMarston/vorp_inventory.zip” and unpacked it. Then created “resources\vorp_inventory\Config” directory and reloaded the server.
Error has stopped.
The same issue occured for banks, and clothing store. Go to these links and download the newest zip, unpack it, and create the Config directiory and the errors will be resolved.

— Update —
There is a new vorp version for inventory that is written in lua instead of c#. It’s definitely an improvement on the old ones.
