I started watching these for an indie game studio business. As a game developer, I need to have a better understanding of different types of film genres, how they work, what their tropes are. Then I need more technical details on how to create trailers and cut scenes for the games. I’m hoping I can learn enough to improve our rough drafts, or to at least be able to convey what our game needs to other professionals who can make what we want.
