✅ Streamed __5__ hours of game dev on Monday.

Notes about today’s stream.

  • Short interruption by MK to work on his redm core build.
  • Short interruption by V to work on her server, character select not loading correctly with base vorp setup.
  • Worked on the snap to grid, instead of just moving.
  • Added functionality to enable matching, setting up an object structure.
  • Worked on making the grid dynamic up to 9 x 9.

✅ Streamed _3__ hours of game dev on Tuesday.

  • Helped MK just a little with Redm
  • Worked on token movement and snap to grid.
  • Wild Ones testing.
  • Made progress on debugging movement
  • ❌started with no movement
  • ❌then movement of tossing the tokens to the right off the screen.
  • ❌error: global position of token not equal global mouse position
  • ❌now I move the mouse right, and the piece goes left, up and down still go off the grid to the right.  and right goes right.
  • ❌noticed to many overlaps for grid areas not being used and invisible,need to automate turning on and off the area collision when the grid squares are not being used.

    Testing movement.
    Troubleshooting, redm server.
    Troubleshooting php and mysql.
